WicamFi is bound to protect our customer’s rights and interests and to assure that you are requested to understand following warranty policy.

Quality Problems by non-human conditions within 30-days of purchase-

  • In some conditions customer can resolve the problem himself with our tech support team. To fix up the issue customer can follow the support guide or call on toll-free 1800-121-9080 for help.
  • If problem is unresolvable because of manufacturing defect, we will replace the device with in the 30-day time from the installation.
  • We are not liable of any warranty if product is mishandled or damaged externally.

2 Years Replacement Warranty-

All our products come with two year replacement warranty. We value our customers and their hard earn money and to prove that we have best warranty on our entire product range.

  • If any manufacturing defect is present in any of the product, we will replace the product under the “no question asks “policy.
  • Warranty will secure your devices till three years with some of the conditions.
  • We have separate conditions for bulk orders and corporate clients.
